Planning and Control Assistant
The Planning and Control Assistant assists with technical and functional support in organizing, analyzing, and entering data for the Agriculture Department. This individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Pivot Tables and Reporting), stock taking, ordering (issuing and receival) items, and any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Associate’s Degree required
Minimum three years’ experience preferred
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Software functionality
Skills, Abilities, and Personal Attributes:
Technical and computer literate with sufficient knowledge of computer know-how and programs (specifically Microsoft Office)
Assist with numerous tasks, not limited to generating reports, analyzing information, stock taking, data input and any other requested task
Excellent time management skills, while being efficient with an innovative drive
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) skills would be an asset
Team player and able to work flexible hours upon request (Holidays and Weekends)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Meet deadlines for work completion to ensure timely reporting
Excellent organizational skills to ensure proper file management for referencing
Ensure a strong grasp of technological expertise and updates
Excellent observational skills are required to avoid errors
Able to maintain a professional and discreet demeanor
Ability to work as a team player
Motivated to work under pressure to meet deadlines
