Jr. Electrical & Instrumentation Technician
The Jr. E&I Technician is responsible for the day-to-day efficient repairs, maintenance, and operations of the Instrument Department maintenance for the Mill and Power Plant during the in and out of crop seasons. Also responsible for the scheduled progress of tasks during the out of crop season.
Qualifications and Experience:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent, minimum Diploma in Control/Electrical System Engineering (ITVET).
3+ years of experience in Industrial Plant Processes and Equipment Operation and Maintenance

Punctual and maximize time at work
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Health and Safety Team to ensure compliance best practices to safety regulations and safety records
Collaborate with the Quality Team to ensure compliance to all Quality regulations and requirements to ensure product and process quality
Complies, and ensures compliance, with all Company procedures and policies
Carry out Preventative Maintenance and calibration schedule on all equipment, including valves, solenoids, cylinders, actuators, transmitters, scales, sensors, and DCS Systems
Perform Maintenance Troubleshooting of Manufacturing Process and all related equipment and document service records for each equipment
Participate in training and personal development
